As we’re thinking of living in Switzerland and neither of us had spent more than a few days there we thought we’d better go and have a look. We spent the last 2 weeks in September looking around as much of the country as the train would let us. We based ourselves in Wengen, in the Bernese Oberland, that’s the middle-ish of the country on the northern side of the Alps.
We still aren’t sure if that’s where we want to be but we did identify 3 areas that we’re going back to early next year to have a better look at.
